Two day programme on 20th and 21st December 2024 in which several kinds of boats from national institutions like the Indian Navy, Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Engineers, Indian Coast Guard along with boats from SEI, ethnic boats from Bengal will parade in the waters of the Hoogly in Kolkata.
